Job Description

Reporting into the CEO, as Events Manager you’ll be responsible for managing and delivering a diverse portfolio of events, including exclusive dinners, corporate conferences and events, and seasonal activities across the Estate.

You will be the initial and primary point of contact for clients and operational lead for all events at the Packington Estate; and will manage event lifecycles from initial concept, through development, to on-site execution and post-event evaluation.

Experience

We are looking for someone who has a minimum of five years in event management and hospitality, ideally with a high-end, multi-purpose venue, a relevant network of contacts, and the flexibility to align working hours with event requirements.

You will need exceptional interpersonal skills, proven multi-tasking capability and be a true self-starter who is capable of building the Packington Events business and reputation.

Renumeration

Salary: £30-45k depending on experience, plus incentives and benefits

Role Type: Permanent, full-time, on-site – may require evening/weekend flexibility to support events.
